Our follow up to customers is personalised and strictly traceable: each support request is recorded in our quality system.

We also ensure that each of our customers has a dedicated contact person in our team, making it easier to handle their requests.

Our team can be contacted by telephone, e-mail or fax, from Monday to Thursday (9 am to 6 pm) and Friday (9 am to 5 pm).
